In accordance with the requirements of the CPC Central Committee, following the socialized transfer of retirees, enterprise retirees are brought under the management and services of subdistricts and communities, and the Party membership affiliations of retired Party members are transferred to local Party organizations.
Since the commencement of the socialized handover process, the hospital’s Party Committee has consistently ensured the transfer of retirees’ personnel and organizational affiliations, while preserving the deep bonds and heartfelt connections with our senior colleagues. It has proactively engaged with local subdistricts and communities, fostering close communication and coordinated cooperation to safeguard and uphold the legitimate rights and interests of retirees. Meanwhile, over the years, the Party Committee has steadfastly organized visits, condolences, and symposiums on major holidays, offering thoughtful care and warmth to our veteran comrades and earning their full recognition and appreciation.
On July 1, Guo Zhaofu, a veteran Party member of our institute and the former secretary of the Taian District Potash Salt Retired Party Branch—now under local management—sent a letter of gratitude to the institute’s Party Committee, extending his warm wishes for a happy holiday to all Party members.

On the eve of the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute dispatched personnel from the “City of Springs,” Jinan, to Tai’an. They went to the grassroots level and visited households, bringing with them the Party’s care and concern, keeping in mind the hardships and well-being of veteran comrades, and offering condolences to the elderly Party members at the base.
Since the launch of reform and opening-up, the Party and the government have bestowed upon us a happy and fulfilling life and provided us with a warm and comfortable home. We have come to deeply appreciate that only the Party can truly serve the people selflessly and wholeheartedly. Only the Party can address the people’s most pressing concerns, anticipate their needs, and resolve their difficulties.
