Our institute has won the bid for the Jinan City Ground Subsidence Monitoring Network Construction Project.


Recently, in the highly anticipated tender for the Jinan City Ground Subsidence Monitoring Network Construction Project, our institute stood out among numerous competitors thanks to its outstanding technical proposal, extensive project experience, and a strong, capable team, successfully securing the contract for “Jinan City Ground Subsidence Monitoring Network Construction – Package B: Construction of Bedrock Benchmark Stations in Xushang Subdistrict, Shanghe County, Jinan.”

In August 2014, our institute won the bid for the “Ground Subsidence Investigation and Assessment Project in the Northern Cross‑District Area of Jinan City” for the first time. Thanks to our high‑quality services and professional expertise, the project received high praise from the client upon completion, and our institute subsequently undertook multiple subsequent phases of ground subsidence‑related work in Jinan. Through the implementation of this series of ground subsidence projects, we have preliminarily established a three‑dimensional “air–space–ground” monitoring network in Jinan, comprising bedrock datum points, leveling benchmarks, GPS reference stations, stratified markers, and groundwater monitoring wells, thereby filling a critical gap in the city’s ground subsidence monitoring efforts. At the same time, we have strengthened the management of Jinan’s ground subsidence monitoring facilities and data, enhanced the city’s capacity for subsidence prevention and control, and laid a solid foundation for long‑term ground subsidence monitoring. Furthermore, the outcomes of these ground subsidence projects enabled our institute to successfully apply for designation as a bureau‑level science and technology innovation team.

Going forward, our institute will continue to leverage its technical strengths in land subsidence research and management, meticulously plan and execute construction in strict accordance with project requirements, and ensure the project is completed on time, to high quality and with rigorous standards. At the same time, taking this project as an opportunity, we will further strengthen collaboration and exchanges across relevant fields, continuously enhance our core competitiveness, and elevate our institute’s high-quality development to a new level.
